I am a dog lover. As soon as I moved out at 19, I had a dog. Since then, I have accompanied three wonderful dogs through their lives. Unfortunately, there are people who do not treat animals with kindness, patience and understanding. This applies to the guy who beats his fighting dog puppy to make it aggressive, as well as to the old lady whose dog is carried around in her coat as an accessory or the couple who suddenly have a child and now no longer have time for the „trial child“.
Seeing an animal suffer is almost unbearable for me and can throw me completely off track. These sculptures are a tribute to the people who take care of the many suffering dogs, and not just stray dogs.
